2- There is a replacement and return guarantee on all our products for 2 days from receipt.

4- Delivery to Cairo and Alexandria is usually within 3 to 5 working days, and to the cities of Upper Egypt within 4 to 6 working days.
5 - Our products are delivered weekly, from Saturday to Thursday, from 10 am to 6 pm, except for Friday, a holiday.
