Refund and Returns Policy

For the acceptance of the return or exchange of any product, the following rules must be followed

• The product must never be used or opened.
• You should make sure that the item is in its original condition before opening in the same original shipping terms.

With Kicks, our primary goal is your complete satisfaction, so buying with us is easy, safe and completely transparent. We offer an “easy return policy” whereby you can submit a return request for a product within 14 working days of the date it was delivered.

Before attempting to return an order, you will need to contact our Customer Service team to request a return. After that, we will make the necessary arrangements to deliver the shipment to one of our shipping service providers with the return information. The product must be saved in the same shipping settings that were received from you.

Refunds of funds

• In the case of cash payment, you will receive the payment with the shipping representative.
• If you pay with a credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card within 14 days.

Shipping charges for returned products:

• We are more than happy to cover the cost of return shipping when there is an error in the shipment or products.
• We will not cover the return shipping cost if the customer apologized for trying the product for reasons other than an error in the shipping process or if the product is no longer valid.
